i made this one for my coworker, but it is not the first one i made, the 1st one was for my boss hers used 4 colors of fleece with 1/2 inch wide 3 inch long ties were my coworkers used only 2 colors 1 inch wide 3 inch long ties,  both took 12 yards of fleece total for both front and back, and took around a month to finish but probably about 7 to 10 hours total from start to finish needed to take alot of breaks as it is hard cutting and tying on the floor and in a limited amount of space.
finished measurements are about 8 feet by 8 feet

Interesting.  I don't quite get how this works but would love to hear more about it - it looks like you tied all the sides together but what does the back look like, can you show us pictures?

the back looks the same    since fleece is only58inches wide you would have a seam down the middle when you make a no sew blanket for beds over a full size.   i plan on making myself a new blanket so when i do i will take pictures and try to make a tute for this
