I needed a quick party gift this weekend and this was a huge hit!

I used the 3 eye guy pattern from craftydeb.com. He worked up really nicely. I LOVE the body shape. He has a tail too so he can stand on his own.

Hope you like him.

Awesome! Are the eyes and/or tail poseable?

It wasn't made poseable but I bet it could be done. How fun would that be.

He's adorable! Are the eyes balls separate and stitched on afterwards? It almost looks as though it's all worked as one piece (whcih I'm still very new to making amigurumi so it completely baffles me how that would be done)

The eye "stems" are part of the body construction. Then the whites of the eye are made and stitched on. There is a border of body color on them so they blend in seamlessly. Very fun pattern.

Okay - I have to ask - what did he end up getting named?  Cheesy
What a great looking 3 Eye Guy!
I showed hubby your avatar - which is now in the Gallery of Greatness by the way - and he was just loving it.  I think he's happy now that he spent the time to work on that page for me last weekend.  It was the first picture I added to the Gallery!

The poor guy just stayed 3 eye guy. He was a gift so we left it up to them to name him Tongue Hmmm, but I guess I better start thinking of a name for the next one that I'm working on.
