 Cheesy
I always look forward to seeing what you've created next.  You have such a great talent, thank you for so much inspiration!  I hope I find a pattern book at the store with your name on it, I'd definitely buy it!  Good job on another great creation!!

According to my husband this is "pure unadulterated awesomeness".

According to me "this rocks".

I love the raygun, and the photo journal accompaniment.

I love the raygun, but now I would like a post on where to acquire that sweet ass space helmet.

Thank you for all the supportive comments, which I appreciate so much!

This is awesome! My son, who is three, saw the pics and said it was a rocket. Very cool.
JanelleJ: Your 3-year old son already knows about retro-sci-fi, it sounds like!  Maybe he will be the nation's first Mars astronaut Smiley

I'm sorry but that is just tooo freaking pure awesome! I would totally walk around town with that ray gun!
reenreen: I'm also tempted to walk around town with the ray gun!. During this photoshoot at a gravel yard, a few trucks stopped to check up on my activities; it's good that the raygun didn't resemble modern firearms!

Cheesy

ConnieStieler: Thanks for your encouragement!  If I ever write a book in a faraway future, I'll be sure to doodle a raygun on your copy Cheesy

kjlutz: Talented Craftster member Sovietweed once commented that her boyfriend declined to look at the amigurumi fish I made, so I am making some progress if your husband saw the raygun and was so generous with his feedback! Cheesy

VLo: I custom ordered two space helmets from a local props shop for a sci-fi movie I shot in 2001. One helmet broke during filming, but the second helmet lasted long enough for these raygun photos! Smiley I should dig up their business card and see if they're still in business!
