Thanks everyone! I use pendant tags. I ordered and I am waiting to get some star tags, so I'm excited... I think the star ones will look a lot better than the classic bails; it will give it some cuteness to the back.

It looks like she used paper and then covered it with enamel. I could be wrong, though.
