So i saw someone at my school with a black and white checkered studded belt. So i made this with pink- using pony beads. (i'll post tutorial if you request- its fairly simple) But i can figure out how to finish it. Do i use a buckle? just tie it?
i have NO IDEA! PLEASE HELP!

Its like those pony beaded lizards we made in grade school.
The pink and blue are the same strand, i just color coded it for clarity.

What if you tie off the open end and attach some sort of hook to it and put a piece of ribbon (or other fabric) between the first and second row of the closed end and sew the ribbon to a D-ring?

If that didn't make sense I could draw a picture.

Very cool & creative!  I personaly think it'd look cool with a belt buckle.  I think that you could probably just cut one off of an old belt (or use one that comes free with pants, those are always hidious!) then just attach it with more cord.  then all you'd need is some fabric or another strand of beads to act as the loop you thread it through, and the beads provide pre-made holes!  Don't know how sturdy the whole thing would be tho...hmmmm

Here's a picture of what I mean. The dark red beads are being covered by the bright red. The bright red represents the fabric and the big blue square (I forget the proper name for the shape) is the D-ring or buckle. The space between the first and second row won't be that big of course.

The open side (the untied side in the picture) could be knotted and then tied on to a hook for the closure.

Did you get that? If not I might have to pull out the 'ole paper and pencil! Cheesy
