I started about a week ago. Not sure why, but now I'm addicted.  Cheesy

Presenting Blue bird et Cuppycake:

I need to add words to both and frame my little chic still.

Comments & criticism equally welcome.

Thanks for looking!  Smiley

Aw, the little birdy is so adorable!  Did you come up with these patterns on your own?  Be careful, cross stitch is addicting and so is coming up with your own patterns!  Great job on your first projects!

Oh, one other question - for the cupcake, did you use variegated floss?  I like the use of different shades.

Thank you!  Cheesy

The bird chart was from Flickr, but on there it was a little different, so I just changed it. The cupcake I didn't have any chart so I just made it up myself. I did use variegated floss for the cupcake case part, for the top I just chose parts to do in different shades.

It seems that different people have an idea of what I am, and what I should be. And then there's me.
