Shocked where's the pattern for the second one, the turquoise and grey one? I recognize some from my book, but that one's awesome. Great job MareMare!

When there is a R2, I need to join.  Roll Eyes

I'm pretty sure that one is from Jan Eaton's 200 Crochet Blocks book. I think... if I could find mine, I'd confirm it, but I'm pretty sure I have the right block matched up with the right book Wink

Second time today a block from that book came up and I never knew it existed. Now that you say it, I do believe it's in there. The sample on is pink and purple or something. Thanks!  Smiley

Yep what crochetADDchick said!

From the book 200 crochet blocks, it's a great book!. Yep it's in pinks in the book.

I love that Tri-color Square motif (and the block). I've been wanting to try it, but haven't yet. And I love the 200 squares book. I aspire to have as many crochet books and patterns as craftADDchick, but admit I'm woefully behind!

I received from Wyked some really awesome motifs!  And I had to fight for them too!  My neighbor ended up receiving them and tried to bring them by and tossed them on my back patio, so it took a couple extra days for me to get them.

Sorry about the crummy pictures.  We are moving and there wasn't a clear surface to shoot them on so I brought them to the office where my desk isn't much cleaner (and IT dept = cave-like lighting)

Here's everything!

The variegated sun motif is attached to a navy blue square which gives it lovely depth.  I have matching yarns for these so I am going to have to figure it out and make some of my own:

I love these!  Thank you so much Wyked!

The sun one is actually a free pattern I'll have to look through my notes to see if I can find the link for you! I'm sooo glad you finally got your package I was beginning to get worried! So glad you guys liked your motifs!

Edit: Found it!! I got the link off Crochet pattern Central, here's the link to the actual Square I used the motif for. Smiley

I love you!  Thank you so much!  I think I will use that variegated red/pink/orange/yellow on black alternating with the blue/green/purple variegated thread I used on the spiral I used in a couple squares I sent you.  Yay.

Fabulous motifs! And thanks for posting the pattern link to the sun motif, Wyked! It looks great in that variegated yarn!

LOL! And, as luck would have it, I got my Harmony Guide: 250 Crochet Motifs book today, and the Tricolor square is in there, too! I think Interweave Press published both books, so that's probably why...
