Holy cow! I love those frog squares! Are the legs part of the motif, are are the stitched on separately? And, are the "eyes" bumps? I need to learn how to make these... I just checked my books and I don't think I have a pattern... but wait... I have a pattern from crochetroo on Etsy that looks pretty similar... Whoo-hoo! I'm making a frog square for my blanket Grin Grin

Yes the frog squares are from a pattern from crochetroo and available on Etsy!

I forgot to say that the large flower is the dandelion pattern on page 45 of this book:

Hopefully you have the book or can get it via library.

In the event that anyone was curious about where my motifs came from they were all from 201 Crochet Motifs, Blocks, Projects and Ideas by Melody Griffiths.

Pansy page 21
Framed Flower page 23
Pointed Arches Octagon page 38
Trefoil Square (modified to make a triangle) page 41
Clematis page 19
The hexagon with the flower in the middle was just me messing around.  In typical me fashion, I didn't write down what I did, so I'm not sure if I could replicate it.

I think I tried to find it at the library, but they didn't have it (or couldn't get it), so I may have to take it off of my Amazon wishlist and put it right into my cart Wink Like right now Grin

I received from the fab zuliblu! The motifs are super fabulous...I think she did an amazing job of capturing my tastes!

First, we have the purples/blacks:

Second, red/blacks:

I think my faves are the solid red one, because it's so pretty and intricate, and I also like the stars because they are just so neat and tidy (esp. in comparison to the one I made for someone else). I am jealous of her mad crocheting skills! I think I am going to incorporate these into either a bag or a scarf, because I think they meld together really well. I love bags, so it might go that way heh.

It does make me laugh to think of the ones I sent her, because literally, they are like night and day with the colors and stuff. I hope she (and Myklia) like theirs, as they went out today! Thanks again, zuliblu, I love them!

I am soooo glad you like them, as I said I learned so much from this swap.  Like how to read a pattern, although some of them I just made up.  I can't wait to receive the motifs you made, i am sure that I will love them!

Hi, I am finally posting photos of the amazing motifs I received from Cejaypi.  I found my camera battery charger during spring cleaning I was beginning to think I was going to have to buy a new one, but after going to Best Buy and seeing how expensive they are I was inspired to look a little more seriously Tongue

This motif is great it is very large like 10"  I am going to use it on a hoodie, it's perfect!

I love the colors of this one so pretty!

These two are the beginning of a fabulous scarf Cheesy

Thank you Cejaypi!!!!
