Wow!!!  Those are really really amazing!!!

I have the paisley pattern in one of my books, but it looks intimidating.  My motifs are going to be a little more simple, but I am trying to slowly work my way out of my comfort zone.  I want to be challenged, it is the only way I will get better at crochet.  The third motif I am working on right now, may be more simple for the rest of you, but is a challenge for me.  Wish me luck.

Thanks Myklia! And I think you can definitely do the paisley! I tried to follow a pattern, but got too confused, so I just followed the picture and plowed ahead. It's a paisley so you can't be wrong, it has to have a funny shape.  Grin  My paisley came out wonky when I finished it, so that's why I washed and blocked it. They look so much better once you do that.  Cheesy

I had so much fun with this swap, and I can't wait to see what motifs everybody else made and what they will finally make with them.

Gorgeous motifs! And, I agree, the paisley is fantastic (but I also really love the first set), and it's different than the paisley patterns I have.

I'll be finishing up my last few motifs tonight (I really have to stop making them... I've become a motif junkie!!), and then I'll pack them up to carry around with me so I can weave in the ends at random times (waiting to tutor, waiting for meetings, etc.) in the next few days. I'm sure I'll be down to the wire in my sending...

Nice motifs, cejaypi! I especially like the green and white one, and the 4 joined diamonds one (very 70's looking Wink ).

I got a set of "fantastic" motifs today from fantasticmio!

They'll give my planned throw some definition and weight (well... most of them, anyway Wink ). I love them!

Here they are in all of their glory!

And, the most amazing one of all:

It's only a half an inch big!!! I need to figure out how to turn it into a pendant. I can't imagine making something so tiny and so perfect! I don't know if the picture does it justice...
