Ohhh man, I love that blue and green one on the left in the first picture. love2teach, where did you get the pattern? I'd love to make a summer spread for my bed using that in a nice cotton. (I'm one of those people who ALWAYS has to have a cover when I sleep even if it's 90 degrees. 98 Degrees? See, once again, when it's late, I ramble; it's like my fingers just take over. I should put these to good crocheting use.  Roll Eyes)

It's the Pointed Arches Octagon on page 38 of 201 Crochet Motifs, Blocks, Projects and Ideas by Melody Griffiths.  It's really easy and fast to do.  I can't remember what the yarn is though, I found a ball of it in my stash, but no label.

Will your library do an inter-library loan?  Mine will request a book from any library in the state if they do not have it in house?  Worth asking.  love2teach

Another lovely set of motifs! That pointed octagon is already in my pile... you'll just have to wait and see how it came out Wink

My weekend plans are ditched, so I can A) Pop over to AC Moore for their yarn sale and B) Work on motifs!

So, I'm hoping to finish up this weekend! I hope... I was working on one before I got sick, and I couldn't figure out a part but, now that I'm feeling better, I'm hoping I can puzzle it out Grin

I got a good sized motif finished today at work! I LOVE the pattern I did, I had to make one for each of my partners. I was going to relax and play some nintendo, but I might pop in some Buffy and do a little more crocheting (yeah, that's how I rock a friday night!)

I received my amazing motifs from Craftineer Grin  They are really cool looking.  I can't wait to get the others so I can begin my "crazy quilt" blanket.
