In the event that anyone was curious about where my motifs came from they were all from 201 Crochet Motifs, Blocks, Projects and Ideas by Melody Griffiths.

Pansy page 21
Framed Flower page 23
Pointed Arches Octagon page 38
Trefoil Square (modified to make a triangle) page 41
Clematis page 19
The hexagon with the flower in the middle was just me messing around.  In typical me fashion, I didn't write down what I did, so I'm not sure if I could replicate it.

LOL! Just my luck that the two motifs, I want to duplicate are your own pattern and modification Tongue.... oh well, I'll see if I can copy directly from the motifs.

p.s. The Pansy motif is just so pretty that it's getting it's own lil project : )

I'll try to replicate the one motif and type up the modification of the other this weekend and post here if I have any luck figuring them out.

Wow! I am in love with so many of the motifs here! And, of course, I broke my "solemn" vow to buy no more crochet books. In the past week, inspired by the awesomeness displayed in this gallery, I bought 2 more  Tongue  But, I can't wait to start assembling my motifs into a blanket, and adding in a few new favorites Wink

There are only a few folks waiting to receive their motifs, and then this swap will be all wrapped up. I plan to update feedback on Saturday (this is a killer week... thank goodness next week is vacation!!). Thanks to everyone who kept me informed on the goings on via PMs-a-plenty Wink It is such a huge help when everything is tucked away in my inbox  Cheesy

I'm told there is a package waiting for me to pick up after work, but I don't know which of my partners it's from yet.  I'll post pics tonight!

Thanks! After the past 2 weeks, I certainly need it Wink

And, it would be great if folks posted pics of what they made... we can use them as inspiration for the next round Grin

I received from MareMare! (Good call, craftADDchick  Smiley)

It's tough picking a favourite, but I really like the green colour on that second-to-last one.

These motifs aren't as scrunched as they might appear in the pictures.  The only place I could get some decent sunshine was on the road outside my door, so I was dodging cars a bit (though, only the idiot drivers... the good drivers stayed on their side of the road!)

Thank you MareMare, I love them!

I'll definitely be posting pictures of what I make out of all of these motifs, though I might need to join the next round before that will happen.  I'm picturing a huge freeform-esque blanket for our queen-sized bed.

Ooooh! Gorgeous! And, I love the colors, too.

And, I'm happy to report, that one of my new motif books is on the way, so I should have it for the weekend Grin

Shocked where's the pattern for the second one, the turquoise and grey one? I recognize some from my book, but that one's awesome. Great job MareMare!

When there is a R2, I need to join.  Roll Eyes
