So I have an upcoming craft show and I've been trying to figure out an interesting and attractive way to display my earings. On a bargain hunting trip to Dollorama I found some small picture frame easels and small shadow boxes. Using some sturdy cardboard, lace trim, fabric and my trusty glue gun this is what I came up with.

Oh, please excuse the glue on the left frame. I forgot to clean them up before snapping pics.

I didn't want to use a normal picture frame display so that the earings were flat against the back. With the shadow box they hang freely on the lace and don't twist sideways due to being pressed against the back.

What do you think? Comments, critiques and questions welcome!

That's a very cute idea!  The lace is a little "girly" for me, but that' a great way to show off your lovely earrings.

Thank you Smiley I like the lace because I can hang earing at different levels depending on their length.

i like it Cheesy  it is nice how it lets the earrings hang properly & not squished against the back.  the fabric is pretty & draws the eye too - well, my eyes anyway!

awesome idea !!!

I would use a navy or black background with a matching ribbon so that when the earrings are hanging they are the main attraction and they pop out.
