This is so beautiful, but to be honest it makes me cry a little on the inside. As a chocoholic I would definitely call this a lovely display of abuse. Great work!!!

Grin   Really cute, but not very practical.  My door faces the sun, it's metal so it gets hot, the chocolate would melt, and then I'd eat it all and there would go my bet to lose 25lbs by Aug. LOL

Thank you, Sweets!
I feel honoured.

Pennyjo, we don't put our wreaths on the outside of a door.
Instead we hang them on the wall of for instance our living room, put them on a mantle piece or a cupboard or a bookshell, etc.
Or we ly them flat on a table, for instance as a centerpiece on a dinner table.
This particular one should not be hung/put on a sunny spot!
Or close to a chocolate addict..., lol.

(I'll add this to the original post.)

It would be SO cute flat on a table as a centerpiece.  Maybe plop a crochet bunny right in the middle, too!

I hang wreaths everrrrywhere.  Door, mantle, leaning against walls, you name it.  I believe I'm a wreath-a-holic, though, hehe.

YES!!This wreath would definitely not be safe near me LOL
I will try and make this and hope to make a complete wreath before consuming most of the chocolate. Wink

Perhaps you should buy extra chocolate eggs.
And when you find a wrapper that 'accidentally' came loose and therefore is unsuitable for your project, well, you will have to eat the egg..., right?
