Great work!! I made this afghan as well for a Christmas gift, but I like yours a lot better.haha  What yarn did you use?

oooh i like yours, the colors are pretty  Grin
& too be honest w/ you all of that yarn was in my stash & the main color was from a crochet sweater that i took apart  Grin

But anyways all of that yarn is cheap 99 cent yarn, so yah i wouldn't recommend buying it  Cheesy but hey it's soft

OMG! Both examples are rad! (And that is not a word I throw around too often, ladies.) I love blankets but I have this stigma with afghans because of all of the god-awful ugly ones my grandmother used to produce. But THESE are just awesome. I am definitely going to buy some cheapy Caron Simply Soft later today to work this bad boy up. ^_^
