Knickertwist, your daughter's house is adorable!!  Isn't it funny how they join in?  I just love it. And it's so wonderful when they start writing.  My house is littered with little notes from mine saying I love you mommy Lana.  So sweet.

Lmcbride- It really is hit or miss. But I bought a $12 grab bag this weekend and some chunky add-ons for a buck. I got lucky that there was a good mix of stuff. You will get a few duplicates in those grab bags though.

I can't wait for this swap! I spent my weekend making little chunky houses because I was stuck on the couch with a sprained foot/ankle. Now I have to catch up on all my school work when all I want to do is make my little village!

It's true.  I did not luck out.  They had a few grab bags but I think they were pretty much the leftovers or something.  Near as I could tell by looking in the bags, I didn't see a lot that I thought I could use.   Undecided

But, I did see a few other doodads in that section of the store that I liked, so I picked up a few $1 things, little tags and such.  Couldn't go home emptyhanded, right? Wink

I pick up some of my best bits and bobs just by walking the streets (head down, trying not to walk in to things!) and best of all they're free! Grin

oh geez, all I have to do is look on my craft table.  there's so much crap on there that I have forgotten about......today I found some cool Russian labels that were on my hubbies russian marlborough pkgs.  Yes he went to Russia and brought me back a bunch of empty cig cases and a chocolate bar.  totally shopping challenged.

I'm looking forward to this swap too. Not too excited yet, I'm home with the crud that's going around. I don't even feel well enough to craft  Embarrassed But I know I'll be excited when I feel better....
