I made these purses from the Buttercup Bag tutorial.

This one was for my last swap partner...

I've started using interfacing on the exterior of the bag and now I think its my favorite pattern ever! It always comes out so perfect!

I also made a matching checkbook cover and travel tissue pouch to go with it

I love this one too, not sure who it's for yet, my oldest daughter will probably beg for it lol...

This one is mine...

Those are all so lovely! Great fabric choices. I'm very jealous.

The fabric came from Rainbow Fabrics on Etsy... http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6623704 It's Timeless Treasures, Love a Tree. I was so sad, I ordered enough to make two bags (one for me) but then I made the tissue pouch and checkbook cover and wasn't paying attention how I cut it and now if I make myself one I'll have sideways trees on one side lol.

Aww man!  Sideways trees are no good!  I hate it when I do things like that!

They are all so beautiful. I've had that pattern printed out for over a week & planned on making a few this weekend. Did you keep the original size? I really love your bags!

Yep, they're the original size, but it ended up being too small to hold everything from my purse. I still love it, it uses so little fabric and comes together so quick, it's really a fantastic pattern!

These are such a nice shape.  And I love all of the fabrics you chose (but especially the tree fabric - I love that line!).  Smiley  They look great!
