I saw a pair of sparkly pumps at Browns shoes, but they were a few hundred bucks (ouch!).  They didnt look complicated at all, so i decided to save some money and do them myself.  I found a pair of simple black pumps for $40 at Winners, i bought a few things of sparkles, some spray-on adhesive, some sealant, and went to work...a messy job, but SO worth it...

thanks all!  you have to be pretty careful with them, but i used sealant on them and am gonna add a few more coats for good luck.  i leave small trails of sparkles in places where i'm idle for a while (lol) but other than that, they're doing pretty good
