I have been making bookmarks for awhile now because I just think they make such cool inexpensive gifts. I found these wonderful sewing charms awhile back and thought...how cool would these be for pattern books? !

A sewing machine one....the detail on the sewing machine is really cool...

A thimble one

This one is the clip style of book mark and I used a tiny mother of pearl button for the second dangly bit.

Then a embroidery shears one...

Would love to know what you think.

I love those!!! Where ever did you find the metal part to attach the beads, you know the part that goes in the book? And I love your charm. Feel free to send one over this way.

Cheesy Thank you. Fire Mountain Gems online has good prices on the book marks and they have a few different styles to choose from. I also have picked up some at Hobby Lobby when I was in a bind.
