I got inspired by the beautiful red/white polkadot organizer, which is actually the first of it's kind I've ever seen. Then I've seen some other solutions as well, but decided to make my own since I like that you really can't miss the pockets in this one.

There are two places where I keep my stuff: in a Japanese knot bag with a round bottom, or in a bag next to a laptop. So I wanted an organizer that would fit these places. This one does:

Like this for my knot bag:

And like this for my laptop bag:

Filled with some of the junk I carry around:

I'd love to hear what you think. Smiley

I think this is a dandy idea, I give you a 10 all the way around on this idea.  I've not seen anything like it.  What is the depth of the sides?  Awesome job!

Thank you! Smiley

What is the depth of the sides?
Each section is 5 by 10 cm, or roughly 2" by 4".

what did you use to keep it sturdy?
Cut up lids from old candy boxes. I asked for them in a candy store.

Nice idea! I hope those snaps are not magnetic. If so, then keep them away from computers, cell phones and credit cards. Don't ask me how I know.. Just trust me  Roll Eyes

I think that's pretty darn cool! I especially like the fact that it's configurable depending on which bag it's in. And the pockets!-how did you do that? Huh

WOW! That is awesome! Very good idea, I like that you can change the size depending on what bag you use. Nice job!  Wink
