I've been so busy lately that It took me this long to post pictures from the awesome package RhymeswOrange sent me. This package came at a great time, I'm teaching a crochet class, and I've been using one of the books she sent to teach the kids, and once they learn to single crochet they will move on to color yarn, and I will be using some of the yarn I got in the package, plus some I bought at goodwill, and the school also bought some yarn, so we should have more than enough.. THANK YOU RhymeswOrange!!

Pictues!

I can't believe she paid $30.60 for shipping, RhymeswOrange is awesome:

Here is the beautiful thank you package I received from Pink-Josy.  It is based on a necklace on my wists.

I love it thank you Pink-Josy!

But wait there's more, I was so excited about the necklace I missed this beautiful pin.

Love both the necklace and the pin.  Thanks Pink-Josy!!

You are very welcome, I'm glad you liked it..  The crochet necklace was a new thing for me. I wasn't sure if I should add a clasp on the necklace, or just leave for you to tie on the back. if you want to tie you can just take the clasp off.

I arrived home for lunch today and was surprised to find my thank you package from Riechan.  Oh how I wanted to tear into it.  After opening it up I found 3 items inside.  1 was flat and sandwiched between cardboard cereal boxes and labeled do not tear open. The other two were wrapped in paper, 1 was labeled open last.  So much for tearing into them.  I went to work carefully with the scissors hoping that what was inside was a drawing from Riechan.  To my surprise she had duplicated a wist of mine.  She hand painted on canvas paper a duplicate of a tree on my wist list.  How perfect it is. Frame shopping this weekend.

Next came gift #2.  It is a uniquly crafted post a note holder that is personalized with my name.  This is super cool. She cut the post a notes in half, bound them in a papercover with my name on it.  Then she added a key ring, and wa la a cute mini post a note pack that I can take anywhere!  I love post a notes!   Purple is a great color!

The 3rd package that was labeled open last was amazing.  It is a cute little frog pin cushion.  I wore it back to work as a ring.  My dad  passed away about 5 years ago from liver cancer. He was often called frog because of his deep throaty voice.  I ended up with the nick name tadpole.  Frogs give me a happy feeling and I collect them.

Riechan you where so on target, Thank you so much for all of the gifts, I love each one of them.

This was such a heart felt swap. It has been a joy!
