Be warned -MASSIVE PICS AHOY!!

So I was working on getting the pics of the stuff I made for MFZB uploaded yesterday, when what should arrive in my mailbox but a package stuffed with FOTC goodness! I was so excited I had to ogle all the items and get the pics up right away!
Check out the haul...
Totally fabulous switch-plate cover!!

Fuel for my Conchordy dreams -a fab pillowcase with one of my favorite lines!

(The backside is a cute vintagy floral too! And no, that's not Charlie, it's
my dog, LOL.)
Awesome embroidered zippered pouch! FOTC represent! Pouches are perfect for me since I like to use different bags/purses as the need dictates, so this is awesome!

(Also another of my favorite quotes, by Jemaine)
Five fab Flighty magnets! And some pushpins that totally remind me of their robot
nipples knobs. Check out the sexay Jemaine guitar pic magnet! Hey Ladies!

And last but definitely not least, a rockin' robots keychain!! Honestly I think this might be my favorite item -I LOVE that she made it using the clear credit cards you get in the mail, so perfect! But I can't decide if I want to use it as a keychain or a zipper-pull for the nifty pouch... decisions, decisions!

Thank you SO MUCH for all the awesome stuff MFZB, I LOVE IT ALL!! *runs around in fits of Flighty joy*

+ + + + + + ++
Okay, now onto the stuff I crafted for MFZB -I had a ton of fun with this swap, so please bear all the pics!

Since you asked about the clock's construction I'll include this pic... it's most of the materials I used to make the clock-collage-hanger-thingie...

(A funky old wooden picture; a knock-off Hello Kitty clock with a cool sweep movement; metal address numbers; prints of New Zealand, Jemaine's band poster, and screenshots of their bedroom wallpaper.)
And the finished item:

(I cut a hole in the wooden picture to hold the clock movement and used a thin piece of Murray's office wall to hold the movement in place. 307 is their apartment number. At the top is the Muthauckas ATM receipt. The clock has a quote from the racist fruit vendor episode. Below that is a band meeting roll call slip, a Bowie tissue-paper stripe over Jemaine's poster, the map, the wallpaper, and three hooks to add a little more function to the whole thing.

)
Detail:

I love that clock movement -it's perfect for their 80's fashion period, LOL!
Just to be clear...

Next I snuck over to the guys' apartment and totally stole Bret's shirt to make a tote bag! Okay, maybe it was just an INCREDIBLY LUCKY thrift store find.

Of course, the print went the opposite of Bret's so I just turned it upside-down.

Inside is one of Jemaine's more subdued button-up shirts -with a cuff pocket.

(MFZB, I realized after I sent it off that I forgot to reinforce the straps where they meet the bag, so you may want to do that if you're going to be using it for anything really heavy. Sorry!

)
A little Shrinky pin for the bag...

And Shrinky magnets! MFZB said she really loved the Bowie episode and the talking stove, so I included the eyepatch and the stove. (Of course, now that I've watched the episode again I'm pretty sure he says MAKE a cake, not BAKE, but... oh well

)

I got the magnets at the hardware store and they are ridiculously strong. My hubby gave me funny looks when I was playing with them using Mel to repel them all across the smooth tabletop... LOL.
And finally a cup to commemorate the fateful cup of season two, episode two. I used an old office number stamp to print $2.79 on the side using a permanent paint marker. They're made by Sharpie and they're supposed to be opaque and permanent on most surfaces. Never the less, I'd still handwash it gently if I were you!

And to flash some more FOTC love, the bottom has this:

Using the same markers, this time with yellow.
And that's it! This was a totally awesome and wonderful swap, I loved it -can't wait for round three!!!
