It is mosaic and it is just lovely! I will be hanging it in my bedroom Cheesy I just love it!

these are great!!  we just got a local ikea and i finally went... and picked up like 3 of these mirrors in case there is another repeat of this swap!

I am so glad you like it. I was worried that it was not going to be what you wanted. I had a great time when I made it. I am going to make a few more for my bathroom.

Wow I missed a lot!  It's amazing to see the variety, I want one of each!

Here is the mirror I sent molliemoo...

I used fabric and ribbon to cover it.

And here is the one she sent me!

It's adorable!  It will go great in my son's room.

what color were everyone's mirrors when they bought them?  i expected plain wood but when i went to ikea i found black-painted or -stained wood.  which is nice, too.  i just wondered what you all found - Huh
