Another good mail day, I received from Eloise:

Did you draw this?  It's really cute. Cheesy  And this pretty flower:

She suggested using it as a brooch, and I think I will!  It will match perfectly with a skirt I just bought.

Thanks again! Cheesy

Glad you like them!

Yes, I did draw it. And I think lots of you should expect drawings too, I was in the mood Wink

I will post the rest, hopefully, early next week.  Smiley

I received from Eloise today too! It is gorgeous! I'm sort of scared to wear it for fear I'll wrinkle it or something! It may just turn into a peice of art that I hang up!

Oh no, you really should not be afraid. I use good varnish.

But if you wish to make it bulletproof, just add more and more varnish until it looks like plastic or resin.  Wink I did not want to put on a lot in case you would rather have it that way, that is all

I may add a bit more varnish just to be on the safe side! I already have a green ribbon I want to put it on!

Wow, those drawings are exquisite!

I received today from our lovely organizer, crafty gurlllll.  It's this beautiful ceramic piece that the photo does NOT do justice, but unfortunately I wasn't aware it had arrived until around 9pm, so there was no sunlight (not that there'd be much anyway; it was rainy all day Sad) ...but trust me, it's beautiful in person.

The entire thing is glazed with a really pretty dark blue/turquoise color.

I love it!  Thank you so much, crafty gurlllll.

That's a much better photo than I can take, night or day!  I'm so glad you like it, it was one of my favorites.  With the high fire glazes, it's interesting the way the color pools in spots and produces different shades. Cheesy

The sacred heart. On a 2x2 inch stretched canvas. I call it mixed media because of the wax drippings, glitter, paint, collage, water color pencil mix. The glittery parts of it don't show well in photos!  Roll Eyes

That's awesome!

And the ceramic one is fantastic too!
