Do treats count as trinkets?   Grin    Also, do you usually put three of the same thing in the package, or different things, or do some people do it differently?  I wouldn't want to rock the boat too much you know.   Wink
If you collect something once we get groups you may want to let your group know so they can try to get that item for you. Cheesy

Oh that's such a great idea!! I collect a collector pins, so that would be awesome if my gnome could get some too Tongue

I spent all night felting and a gnome was born... Introducing Elora:

Now I just have to sew her some clothes and a hat. She'll look more gnome like once she has some gnome clothes. Her nose is less bulbous in real life. This photo shoot taught me two things: 1) I need a new camera and 2) I should probably have more over-head lighting.

She is needle felted and her hair is made from merino wool roving. It's odd that it's a colour I had in my stash and it wound up being the exact same colour as my older sisters hair. As a child she also wore her hair in 2 braids... perhaps I will give Elora to her once she is done her world travel.

heres a little bit of info on chipsie, she finally told me some information for you all Smiley

chipsie loves bugs (obviously) when i first meet her she was trying to get a rhino beetle at the park to give her a ride. i told her she was to big for a bug and she should have a ride on my cat, so she came home with me and decided to stay.

chipsie not only loves bugs but cats. so if you have a cat, or any pet, dont worry she loves to play with them

at first she didnt want to go away but now she cant wait, after i told her she might be going to canada and germany (she loves food so wants to try maple syrup and german sausages if possible)just dont turn your back on her or you might find your cupboards empty pretty quickly

She told me once a toddler tried to eat her hair but as long as they dont pull her hair shes ok with them(shes a bit thing about her hair  Roll Eyes )

and here she is all ready with her case and passport for travel. shes going to come down to the shops with me today to chose the trinkets and a photo album then she'll be all ready

who do we write as the sender of the gnome packages, the person sending the parcel or the actual  owner of the gnome?

WOW! Chipsie and all her goodies are adorable! Great job!

to answer your question: Each time you send a gnome, you'll address it from yourself to the next person, just as if it were your own package. Smiley
