Does anyone have any ideas on how to build a mobile fire pit? I can't see spending 200.00 on one yet I haven't really come up with any way to make one, nor have I seen a website with a good how to.

Know where you can get a used washer that you can take apart?  Remove the inside metal drum, remove the guts if it is a topload with an agitator.  I have heard of people using that as a fire pit.  Then you can bolt or solder some apparatus on to as a handle, stands, or tires on if you want.
