Rose Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

[chilly billy]

190g flour
200g sugar
chocolate chips
baking powder
a splash of vinegar
80ml oil
235ml vanilla soy milk

Mix the dry ingredients together, then the wet, and combine the two.

Vegan margarine, icing sugar, a drop of red food colouring and lots of rose syrup for the icing.

Decorated with chocolate chips and dried rosebuds.

Delicious!

So pretty!  Wish I could pluck one from the screen and eat it.  The little rose buds on top are a sweet touch. 

What kind of food dye do you use?  (I have reservations about most . . .)
