Hi everyone! So I'm relatively new to this site; this is the first thread I've posted. Hopefully I do everything right!

I make lots and lots and lots of chainmail, but I've never done the weave Jens Pind Linkage before last week (this is because I could never get quite the right ring size). Finally I got it right and got it made!

I don't know anything about chain-mail and such but this is a really pretty necklace and I think you've done a great job.
It looks pretty complex to put together. Congratulations on the right sized rings.

Hey! Good to see you here!  Grin

Nice Jen's Pind, it's kind of annoying to find a nice AR for it, isn't it?

Actually, the "perfect" AR is 2.8-3 (depends on the metal/springback)
For anyone who might want to try it, it's just a simple spiral weave.  What makes it Jens Pind is the AR.  A simple spiral will unspiral, whereas with this AR, the spiral doesn't unspiral.

You could go as high as 3.4 without the weave unwinding.  It will be a bit looser, but not as loose as the regular spiral.
