Here's a piece I did for a recent swap. He's a bit of charcoal, a bit of conte, a bit of watercolor, and a bit of watercolor pencil. C&C are always welcome, I always have trouble drawing men.. I find women alot easier for some reason.

Women are roundier and more flowy, and if you are a lady the forms are more familiar and so easier for you to draw. You have good sense of compostion, just watch your perspective. The top part of his head is rotated counterclockwise to his face. It looks a little wierd. I do like you handled his horns though.
