I decided it is easier to knit stuffed animals this week. I got both of these done on the weekend. Very easy pattern and felting project. My kids are now dragging them around the house on yarn leashes.

This one I did first and embroidered the face. I dried it in the dryer and the ears came out all folded.

Sheep number two got plastic eyes. Big mistake! The kids at daughter's school made fun of poor sheep and now he won't leave the house. We might have to seek therapy.

Pre-felting

Sorry about the blurry pictures.

I used to have a sheep exactly like this as a tiny child, except his legs were made of pipe cleaners (or something like that). He came EVERYWHERE with me, and I lost him one day on a fairground ride. Cue much bawling and general misery.

Did you design this little bundle of happiness or is the pattern already online? I have to make one for my mum to apologise for the tears all those years ago!

It is a pattern I bought at my LYS called A Felt Flock by Bev Galeskas. I think you might be able to get it at www.fibertrends.com
