First off Im very sorry its been so long in between package received and photos posted...  isadora12000  and her amazing work did not deserve that...nor the crappy pics
Real Life dropped some anvils on me Sad
But ...on to the wonderful goodies

this is the wonderful tote I got ...inside its lined with astronaut fabric!

A journal ...this left me gob-smacked its amazing!!! really you just sit and read through it its such a work of art..

one side of my apron!

the *other* side of my apron ...that's right I got a reversible apron!!!
Now I will show you the loot my family promptly declared was meant for them Cheesy
Actually it is my family's view that  isadora12000 was short changed on the package I sent
I only hope she doesn't feel to hard done by
This fabulous 1970s sci fi  mag was annexed by my husband who has decided we need to start collecting them Tongue thanks  isadora12000 that's what my family needs more book hoarding Smiley

This wallet isadora12000 sent for my 11yr old who loves it and want to know just where such "olden day" fabric is found Cheesy

And these are the the little extras that took this package from amazing to really over the top

That's funny, cause I felt I short changed you after I got your package! I found the sci fi mag a thrift store, someone must have turned in the whole collection - there were some amazing editions there so I had to pick up a few - I'm a book hoarder so I fully agree with your husband, you need to collect them Cheesy

Otherwise I loved making the stuff for you!

I think when both people think that, it's the sign of a seriously successful swap partnership [grin]

When she was good, she was very very good - but when she was bad she was fabulous.

Darnitt, that widget doesnt post my witty captions. Ah well. Handsy sent along a Danny Kaye altar (with its own vessel with a pestle  Wink), a tray modged with pics of Cary and Fred,a feathered fascinator and a beautifully knit chapeau.

All right, I am back from vacation and can now post pictures from dramatrauma's package.
First up, from It's a wonderful life, Clarence bookmarks.  (I love Clarence the angel so much, I named my first car after him).

Second, a magnet based off the song, "Favorite Things" from Sound of Music.  It is very clever really, and since there are a lot of favorite things, it will be able to hold a lot on the fridge!

Third, a duckie teething toy for my little one, Isaac (not crafted but still appreciated, everything goes in his mouth at this stage)

Finally, an apron based off Felix's restaurant in Christmas in Connecticut, sorry the picture is sideways.

This was a fun swap to do, and I must say Handsymalone, I am in love with all your hat work I saw while I was craftster stalking you on craftster.  I was wondering if you were going to make one for this swap.  You should open up shop and sell some of those hats.  I know I would be in line to get one!
And I want everyone in the swap to know, that I am now officially re-obsessed with Cary Grant and am making my husband watch pretty much all his movies;)

My friends I am addicted to "crackster".  I think they might be right.
I am interested in personal swaps, just send me a pm!

I love my life, my hubby, my sons, and my 2 crazy dogs!  Isn't life grand?
