Ha ha! You are very welcome! He's crocheted with pure wool and then I tossed him in the washing machine to wet felt him. I hope you like the anchorman and the drag queen bodies, in addition to the pirate body. Cheers!

And the funny thing is, I knew it was a drag queen outfit on sight!! LOLOLOL. I think the anchorman one is my favorite. It makes me laugh.

Someday- I vow to be able to crochet half as well as you do!!

The frog prince is adorable!! And I LOVE the face on that little raindrop! I think it's my favorite face yet. And the beads at the bottom are so liquidy and perfect.

The pirate owl is a "hoot": the felted skull with changeable outfits is so clever; the bead danglies on the tear drop does look very water-like and that froggy is so cute.

Sweet Toothed Sugar Owl Haiku:

Today in the mail
A little owl, just right
Brightens days and nights

From Malaki100...a little Sweet Toothed Sugar Owl.

Sorry for the terrible photo, the husband took the camera on his business trip. When he returns I will post more pics of all the little handmade faces and buttons (mine are robot shaped - much like Pirate Coley's owl ones).

I've been such a bad partner lately.  I'm just getting back into the swing of things.  Sorry for all the delay.

I also just got an SD card reader cuz I couldn't find mine when I came back home.

Here goes:

From Audio-Astro, It's a wedding dotee:

From mamarose, it's a different wedding dotee:

Lastly, from faux_valentine, a very unique and shapely one:

I love them all!!

Thanks for being patient with me!!

Wow! I don't have time to comment individually, but y'all have seriously inspired me. And yes, dotees are totally addictive. As soon as I'm all moved into my house, the doteeing will begin again...oh my, yes... *wrings hands maniacally*

Words can hardly describe how unique and awesome these dotees are - the wedding dotees are priceless. And the gourds - I had an idea in my mind of what they might look like and kmac totally blew that away. The bird, the teardrop, the pirate and owl - I love them all.

I think it is so cool to start an art collection this way. I feel very proud when visitors to my aparment ask me about my dolls hanging on the wall. I can tell a story for each one. I've said it already - but GREAT JOB everyone, truly.

I did send to sajona the other day and am just about to pop teachingjonah's and engdom's in the mail. Tomorrow is the send day - please let me and your group know if you need a few more days...I know how weather and cars and cameras and life can get in the way of really important crafting.
