No pic -- Sorry! But I'll describe it, and I'll put the pattern on later today if you want. And might get a pic next week.

I made it out of Sugar N Cream yarn (sale 99 cents), it's bright sky-blue (I guess blue/green is in this season but whatever) and its awesome!

Tie -
I don't know really why I wanted to make a tie last night while watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets again...but I made it, and I think it's the coolested thing. It's all single crochet, really really really easy to do.

Materials:
- One thingy of Sugar N Cream yarn
- Size H hook

Directions:

Ch 5

#1-SC in 2nd chain from hook and across (4 sts), Ch 1 and turn.
--Repeat #1 until 29 inches long, or however long you want it to be, I'm not an expert on Ties.

#2- Increase by two sts (6 sts), Ch 1 and turn.

#3- SC across, Ch 1 and turn
--Repeat #3 until 12 inches long, or however.

#4-Increase by two sts (8 sts), Ch 1 and turn.

#5-SC across, Ch 1 and turn
--Repeat #5 until 4 inches long

#6- Increase by two sts (10 sts), Ch 1 and turn.

#7-SC across, Ch 1 and turn
--Repeat for 2 inches

Then start decreasing 2 sts every other row. It'll end up being pointy and voila! You have a tie!

This really is my first original thingy, and I'm not really extremely happy with the point at the end, but I don't know any other way to do it.
And if someone could go get a real tie and measure it or something, and then tell me, I could fix this 5 minute pattern up.
