Why can't puffins eat pancakes instead?

I've just signed up for the Harry Potter swap, and it seems like time to start a swap for another popular series.  I'm rather obsessed with the Lemony Snicket books (I've yet to see the movie) and would love to organize a swap.  It could involve both the books & the movie adaptation.  The costumes from the movie are quite inspiring. Check out the thread in the Clothing forum (under "designer homage") for some ideas & pics. Both crafts and accessories would be welcome.
If there's enough interest, I'd like to make the sendout date for late April/early May.  I'm currently involved in several swaps & have a bunch of homework, and I'm sure many of you are equally busy.
(Sorry for any garbled writing. I've had too much wine in an effort to put off my midterm essay.)

I love The Series of Unfortunate Events books! The movie is okay, but if you are a hard core fan you will probably be disappointed. The movie takes a lot of creative license. Parts of the books are cut up and randomly shoved where ever. Only the first three books are credited, but I see plot lines up to at least book number nine. The cinematography is excellent, as is the costume design. The credits have a neat little cartoon running during it that is definately worth seeing.

I would definately be interested in this as a swap! I am in no rush, but please keep me posted as to when it is going to start. I have a pair of earrings that I already made. They look like something that Esme' would wear.

I love the books! I really liked the movie--yes, lots of liberties taken, but I thought that the vision stayed true to LS's. I'm all ready for this swap!
