So....I COULD be both a giver AND a needer on this   But, if I give fabric and sewing supplies, for example, I cannot receive fabric/sewing in return...so I would ask for beading supplies or something different, right?

yes  or if you are giving fabric you could ask for only patterns and notions. but not fabric!

I've sent in a questionnaire as a needer. I'm saving up to go to university so have hardly any crafting budget, and I don't have much of a job either. Hopefully when I'm all sorted I can pay it forward in a future round. If people don't want to send to me, because I'm in the UK, I completely understand, but I guess it depends on the amount/postage cost and stuff.

I just signed up as a giver. I have a bunch of fabric and yarn that I need to get out of my craft room because I am sick of looking at it I also have random items like a huge bag of old school wooden cloths pins (the ones with out the springs), and wooden shapes. I love the idea of having my stuff go to someone who can really use it.

I signed up as a giver and a needer.  I am able to send beading supplies and some of my paper crafting stuff. I would really like some new stamps as I have used most of the ones I have to death. But if I send off some stamps does that mean I cant receive new ones? I put it in my questionnaire. I do have other supplies in the paper crafting section too, so I wouldn't have to send stamps but I want to share what I am no longer going to use

I'd like to sign up as a 'giver' but how detailed do you want the questionnaire to be? I have a small amount of stuff I'd be willing to give away for almost all the categories you listed. Do you want numbers and measurements (for example: 1 yard of red cotton) or just a general description/inventory?
