So Hubby and I celebrated our 6th anniversary of dating/knowing one another (we'll have been married 4 years this July). I made him a little book of love for our anniversary and put it into his lunch that day. It's my first attempt at paper bag scrapbooking and I think it turned out just swell!

Here are a few of our favorite pages:

The front - image from an old comic book and hand sewn binding

Inside the front cover...lists of things I love about the hubby

First page (explaining how to read this book)

An inside page (you love to travel on the right) and a pull out about how he makes me cookies all of the time

The right page folds out to say "But if you were gay it would be totally ok, you could just tell me you know"

Another little pull out about his letting me cheat and that being pretty sweet!

And lastly the inside back cover, with more little things I love about him. Oh and on the left, a pull out that says "your huge wiener" and includes his very own felt hot dog!

So what do you think?

Love this!!  So sweet and creative.  My FH and I just had our 2nd anniversary Tuesday, and I really wanted to do something like this for him, but never found the time.... maybe if I start now, it will be done for our 3rd!!  Thank you for sharing!

This is gorgeous, and so well done - with just the right touch of humour! He sounds like a great guy :-)

When she was good, she was very very good - but when she was bad she was fabulous.

*applauds!* I bet he loved it! I would love to do this for my boy. Maybe for his birthday... I cannot express enough how great this book is.

LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL SWAP: I'm hoping for dinosaur-themed Xmas crackers, or other dinosaur Xmas items. I can make a Jayne Cobb hat, or many other things!
