Your PortaPocket is gorgeous, very cheerful and bright and pretty.  I've made several of these, both the large like yours and the smaller one and honestly, after the first one, they go much faster.  It all starts to make sense and you can do things more in an assembly line when you have multiples, like the pockets.  Cutting it out takes longer than anything, so many pieces!  But they're totally worth it in the long run and they make wonderful presents for friends and family.

I'm going to make one to go inside the console of my car, to organize that "black hole".

Great job, Meg!

I love this! This is exactly what I need in my huge purse. It also matches the interior of my backpack (it's almost identical, red with white polka dots, but mine is made out of a more satiny fabric, boardering windbreaker type of material.)
And Michigan FTW! (Saw your license, I only recognized it cause I am from MI too!)

Beautiful job! I love all of the Studio Kat patterns! I just ordered this one to make for my SIL. She has MS and has been wanting a new bag for her walker. With this inside the new bag I make for her she won't have to be digging around for her credit cards and such so much.

Thanks for sharing!  I've been imagining something like this - and the pattern lead is much appreciated.  I like your fabric choice, and you'd did a great job!
