I made this a while ago as a Christmas present to my Nan. She's a big cat person, and has two Tonkinese cats [and before that, had two Siamese], so I figured it would make sense to make a lilac-point kitty!

A close up of the face. The edges are machine stitched, the details [whiskers, nose, gloss on the eyes] are hand stitched.

A very basic pillow, but effective! She uses it as a neck cushion in bed.  Cheesy

It reminds me of my dear Venus, who has been gone for my years (I miss her still); she was a lilac point Siamese.....I'm off to wist for Venus!

The rest of my week will be consumed with making a litter of these.  We have a siamese mutt cat (no pedigree but Siamese coloring) that can be hauled around by all of the kiddos.....and of course I will need one on my bed too! Grin

Thank you guys!!  Cheesy
I forgot to mention that the white fabric is actually a super fine mohair fleece of my mum's that was tucked away from the 70's. That stuff is super soft, and so nice against the skin..  Cool
