I whipped this up this morning for my little one and I'm thinking that she likes it! I got the fabric at Hobby Lobby yesterday because I was in need of a little cheer.

This is the pattern that I used. Its very easy to do and the sewing only took about an hour. I whipped up the hat to go with it after I noticed the nice triangle piece that was left over  Smiley

I'm interested in personal swaps -- I love bracelets & necklaces and I don't know how to make them.

Very, very cute.  Is it just gathered across the top?

Yes, its just gathered and then incased in a strip of the fabric. I'm thinking about changing it up for the next one and use a piece of elastic in the front to give it a different look.
