Now Im having trouble-my first batch turned out like bread and the second one is still liquid after being in the oven for fifty minutes at 350 degrees.Temperature tips please?

What recipe did you use?  This sounds like an oven problem to me.  Maybe you need to get an oven thermometer?  They are easy to find and they hang in your oven to tell you whether you have an accurate temp in there.
