Ingredients:

5 eggs
4 Tbsp Bruschetta
dash of black pepper
dash of oregano
1 pkg of ham (had to use what I had on hand so we went with pkgd ham from Sav a lot, I think)

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray mini muffin pan with canola oil spray

Beat all 5 eggs together, next add the 4 Tbsp Bruschetta, black pepper, and oregano. Cut the ham into bite sized pieces and add that to the mixture. Pour egg mixture into the mini muffin pan. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Soooo yummy, and my boys even liked them and 1 of them is a really picky eater Smiley

I should mention that this makes 24 "bites"......this pic is what was left after the kids got to them lol
