After seeing the Yo! Gabba! Gabba! tees on another post here (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=293030.0), and reading up on applique techniques, I decided to try my hand at it again (I tried it a few years ago with so-so results.) I am super excited over the outcome. I had the tees pictured in my head as I "designed" what I wanted, and they turned out exactly as I had hoped. I really love the flip flops! The bunny tee is especially for my little one. Grin I was also excited to find a great deal on plain tee shirts at Old Navy for this project. It's difficult to find plain tees without some design already on it. Enjoy!

I was nervous too, but it's so simple! I used left over fabric and purchased some remnants, then used double sided webbing to attach the fabric to the tee. I used a zig zag stitch along the edges and VIOLA! Plus, I washed them the other night and not a single one shrunk or drew up! Yay!!! Go for it! I have ideas for appliques coming out of my ears now! LOL! Grin
