My favorite song (and movie) of all time is Yellow Submarine by The Beatles!
I love the song so much that we devoted an entire room in our new house to it!  The room serves as our spare bedroom right now, but when we have a little one, it will be their nursery.  What a fun room for a kid, right?

Here is the quilt I made  The different fabrics symbolize the different "Seas" in the movie; Sea of Time, Sea of Science, Sea of Holes, Sea of Nothing, Sea of Monsters & Sea of Green.

Here you can see the curtains I made using IKEA fabric, and the lovely tin posters my hubby gave to me.

This is the mobile that I made out of felt.

We got this shelving unit from IKEA, and we keep our vinyl collection, movies and CDs on it.  Hubby got me the awesome tin set (top right) from an antique shop.

These are my handmade wooden Submarines that I made out of wood and my lovely Dremel tool.

Left to right you see...Tin "Help" puzzle box, Collectible figurines, tin "All You Need Is Love" tin containers with the Submarines I made, and the Sub Action figure set.

On this shelf is my vintage "Peace" Goblet, lava lamp, framed Beatles (from my sister), vintage "LOVE" embroidery, and Peter Max "LOVE" puzzle.

This little cupboard I painted and added some YS trading cards to personalize it.

I can't commit to putting anything up on my walls, I don't know what's wrong with me!  Here is a lovely poster I have, and a tin YS Poster, along with my AWESOME YS Lava Lamp!

This room took A LOT of work, we love it, and I hope you like it as well!
I appreciate comments, and of course your vote!
Thanks for looking

Oh man, my husband and I have talked about having a Yellow Submarine nursery, ever since we went to see Love at the Mirage in Vegas.  We're adopting, and we are going to talk about your beautiful nursery in our adoption blog, if thats okay!  We're completely inspired by how creative and bright it is.  Good job!
