Taylor Swift - Love Story
This is one of my FAVORITE love songs! I thought I'd do something with a heart for love ^_^ It's made of poly satin ribbon. I used a needle to string the top pieces together.

Thank you:) I learned to fold ribbon when I was a child - my neighbor taught me the the folds, and I decided to try it out and make stuff out of it.

this looks great - interessting technique
reminds me of 'frbelsterne' (I don't know if there is an english word for these folded stars) I sometimes make these around christmas time out of 4 strips of paper, but I always always forget how they are made and have to look it up again. starts with folding the strips in half and 'weaving' them together and then...
didn't ever think about biulding 3-d-objekts with them.
great work!

I googled that word, and it looks like it's the same technique on the weaving in the beginning, I think it's similar to the piece that's on the top part hanging in heart. what language is that word you used? thanks:)

i think you just blew my mind.
 Shocked

I've never seen anything like this before.
I didn't even know you could sculpt with ribbon besides doing fancy bows.

This is wild.

yes it's german - I should have mentioned that  Roll Eyes
I like this extra round around the basic-square - I definitely will experiment with that the next time.
