Grin For Halloween I was a Ninja Turtle, Michaelangelo to be exact.  The costume was super easy to make and turned out to be ridiculously awesome. [/b]
All I did was buy a green t-shirt, some iron-on transfer paper, orange fabric, and yellow & green posterboard.  First I took the yellow pecks off of one of the pictures and blew it up to fit my chest and stomach.  Then printed it out and ironed it onto the front of the green t-shirt; to do this I needed to combine 2 pieces of paper.  After that I drew an oval out of the green poster board using the enitre piece up and cut it out.  With the yellow I did the same thing only smaller.  Laying both colors together I stapled the bottm portion and started to stuff it with newspaper to make it more rounded and 3-D.  Once that section got full I added more staples followed by more newspaper stuffing and so on until it was the desired shape.  *I bought 2 of each color for mistakes and I am glad I did cause the first pieces really help to get your method down.  When the shell was complete I took marker and drew a turtle shell pattern on the green.  Then I added yarn to it to make straps like a backpack.  Finally, I cut strips out of the orange fabric and tied them around each knee and elbow.  I also cut a long one for a belt and for a ninja eye covering thingy.  Overall, the costume looked sweet and everyone loved it cause it was so chessy and bad-ass.  It only took me like 2 hours to put the whole thign together too. [/b] Wink

Also, take a look at the movie "Mystery Men" with Ben Stiller.  They have some pretty easy and goofy costumes to there.  Can you tell I like the cheesier things in life??? Cheesy
