ok in a school play that we're doing, there are two princesses(2 casts) one of the princesses moms made all the costumes meaning she got a gorgeous costume while Kate got a boring costume. I decided that I could spruce it up a little bit w/o the mom or other princess finding out. so yeah. I am already going to put some sheer glittery fabric on the bottom part. any other ideas?

You could get some stick on some diamantes on the bodice or on the straps. I think that's really mean not to make the costumes equal.  Cry

See my website for my products (will post to anywhere in UK at cost of postage and packaging). It is a little out of date due to a server crash. Please email me if you want a custom order

thanks for the idea! I won't be able to add them to the bodice b/c the mom might get mad but I will add them to the thing I'm making! Cheesy

Swankier accessories? Would a sash work? You could have a bunch of really fabulous accessories to add on at the last moment.

That's terrible that she made the one dress so much more spectacular than the other.

Would it be possible to post a picture?  And thats so mean of her to do that, why are moms always so competative?  LOL, maybe she was afraid her little darling wouldn't shine so much and had to have a better outfit.

thats basically it yeah. even elizabeth thinks she owns the entire friggin' show which gets on a lot of people's nerves. but sadly no, I don't have a picture.  but it is like a pink/peachy color and it also has an opening at the front under the boobs with a white thingy under it. it also has gold string type stuff
