Hi there!
This is one of the second projects I made on the beading loom I got for x-mas.  I decided it would be a perfect christmas present for one of my close friends who loves birds!  So I sewed it on some felt and then slapped it in a shadow box...I'm pretty happy with the overall presentation -- it's going to be so hard to wait until xmas to give it to her!

Yeah, I think I'm going to leave the background as newpaper -- I don't want it to be too cute, and I think the newsprint brings the cute back down to earth.  Thanks for the comment!
