Hey All,

I've noticed a few swaps on the main board for baked items - ie cookie swaps...mmm...I've wanted to join in many of these swaps but clearly I can't as the cookies would need to be sent to the other side of the world.

So I thought I'd send an e-mail out on this notice board and ask are there any kiwi craftsters out there willing to participate in a baking swap? I've never organised a swap before but I would be keep to help someone else organise it?

Let me know if you'd be keen - I think it could be pretty fun!

I would love to!
I'm just not sure how I would send baked goods without them getting squished and mangled (even only to other NZ places)?

Maybe put in a plastic container and pack them in tight? I've seen on the main swap board that people do baking swaps within the US so surely we can work it here? My mum used to send me baking when I was at uni and it usually reached me fine:)

Sounds fun.  I might be into it.  Haven't done any swaps since I left Canada but was thinking of getting into it again.
