for the virgin drinks I might do a pinna colada?  Other stuff like that that everyone likes usually... things with lotsa grenadine.

You could also serve "normal" drinks and dress them up like real drinks.  For instance:

-Take a scotch glass and fill it with sprite.  Serve it with a slice of lime and a couple of cherries on toothpicks.
-Serve virgin daquiries in martini glasses.
-Frozen limeade slush ("margaritas") in salt-rimmed mugs.
-Sparkling grape juice in wine glasses.

Oooh, yeah let us know what you decide!!  This sounds like a lot of fun.  And your very mention of cinnamon buns made me start to salivate!

I've never made them from scratch before, so I don't know.  Sad

Do you have a recipe for vegan cinnamon buns?  I'd be really interested if you have one!!

sangria (wine with fruit) could be a good breakfast drink. just mix juice with fruit and put it in a big pitcher. maybe grape juice with sliced peaches and other fruit and some carbonated water/soda?
