When I was 10 or 11, my Mom bought this unfinished heart table at an unfinished furniture store. At the time, my room was filled with stuffed bunny rabbits and rose printed fabrics. So she painted the table a rosey color and decoupaged roses on the top. Eewwwwww.   Undecided I loved it at the time, though. I promise.

When I outgrew that phase, the table went into the garage, and there it stayed.... until a few months ago.

I re-did a dresser I got at a thrift store a year or so ago. It's posted here on craftster somewhere. Basically, I painted it turquoise and put a piano key pattern on the sides. I decided to paint the heart table to match my dresser.  Grin

It only took me two days!

Here it is!

I hope you like it.  Grin

That's awesome! You're collecting and fixing up so many great pieces (no time to reply to them all so I picked my favorite Grin) I love the clean lines and bright colors and the fact that everything goes together!

I just happenened into this category forum from the front page, and I love all of your projects. I used to do a lot of painted furniture, and decoupaged, but nothing to compare with your bright color style.

I'm still working on redoing my crafting space, and I may just have to make one piece with a bright color pallete to liven it up some. Girl, you are AWESOME.
