This is fantastic. I adore your fabric choices! I am way too afraid to make a weekender bag, the piping seems tough.

Wow! This bag is just wonderful!I have the hardest time following instructions on a pattern! It's easier for me to "wing it". The millions of pieces are intimidating for me.

Amazing looking bag. I love the print. I have been looking at this pattern for a long time.

I have a white background fabric as well (another Alexander Henry print) and I am hesitant to make the Weekender out of it due to the dirt factor.

Any thoughts?

yeah, i thought about the dirt thing too but decided that i wouldn't be checking the bag through airport security ever and i could handle taking care of it. also, i bought some purse feet to put on the bottom to protect it and i'll put those in before i install the lining. good luck to you, whatever you decide!
